Shipping & Returns
We ship the products from our warehouses in the United States using UPS, FedEx, and USPS as our primary delivery carriers. Most of the orders are shipped within 24 hours. The following is a list of the shipping services we offer and their respective cut-off times:
Ground Shipping (Free) Ships in 3 to 5 business days, delivered in 3 to 5 business days.
FedEx 2-Day Shipping Ships same day (if order placed before 1pm PST) or next day, delivered in 2 business days.
FedEx Overnight (am) Ships same day (if order placed before 1pm PST) or next day, delivered next business day's morning.
FedEx Overnight (pm) Ships same day (if order placed before 1pm PST) or next day, delivered next business day.
Saturday Delivery Ships same day for only orders placed on Friday before 1pm PST, delivered on Saturday.
Canada Shipping Ships in 3 to 5 business days, transit time is 4 to 6 business days.
International Shipping Ships in 3 to 5 business days, transit time is 7 to 10 business days.
If you need the product to be shipped later than the specified cut-off times, please contact our Sales Department to see if this is possible. We will try our very best to accommodate your request.
Free Shipping
As a courtesy, we offer free shipping on orders above $99 for most items. However, some products are ineligible for free shipping due to their irregular size or weight or nature.
For those products ineligible for free shipping, we will contact you and let you know the product you have ordered does not fit in any of our free shipping boxes and may require the shipping method to be upgraded in order to fulfill the order.
Free shipping is only available domestically within the contiguous states. If you are ordering from a country/region/location that is ineligible for free shipping or the free shipping boxes are unable to carry the product, we will contact you before upgrading shipping method that will allow the product to reach you.
Shipping Delays
We do not process or ship any orders on weekends or on major holidays.
Our order confirmation and quotes are not guaranteed to be fulfilled. We always reserve the right to cancel any order.
International Orders and Freight Forwarding Destinations
As a measure to protect our customers, we often require payment through PayPal for Shipping Destinations that are International or Freight Forwarding Companies. PayPal verifies the customer shipping address and keeps both parties safe from any fraudulent action.
Fraud Prevention Measures
We take several measures to prevent fraudulent activities. We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears to be suspicious.
